Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wig in its original packaging, ensuring the lace is uncut and all tags, hairnets, and inserts are included.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
