What is the quality of the hair used in your wigs?
At ManeWigs, we exclusively use 100% premium Remy human hair and high-quality heat-resistant synthetic fibers. Each product description specifies the hair type so you can choose the perfect match for your styling needs.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return or exchange my wig?
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges on items that are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and lace intact within 30 days of purchase.
How do I choose the correct cap size?
Most of our wigs feature adjustable straps to fit a variety of head shapes. We recommend measuring the circumference of your head and referring to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page.
Can I use heat styling tools on my wig?
Human hair wigs can be styled with heat just like your natural hair. For synthetic wigs, please ensure they are labeled 'Heat-Friendly' before using flat irons or curling wands at low temperatures.
